Hawaii offers a great opportunity to meet, learn and enjoy this
beautiful location. Our plan is to have timely and relevant
presentations but with enhanced free time for the sights and
activities of Kaanapali Beach at Maui. This is intended to be a
family event and will include activities for spouses and other
family members. In fact, the convention dates have been moved
to early August to allow for children to attend while they are
still on summer break.

Hotel
The hotel is
taking currently taking reservations. You may make changes
to your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival. If you have
to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days prior
to arrival.
The hotel will require your credit card information and 2 nights
stay as guarantee.

Can Anything Be Better Than a Trip
To Hawaii?
You will not need a grass skirt to be ready for the Luau at the
NAFA Annual meeting in Hawaii…and that’s just one of the many
great events planned for NAFA Members headed for Maui.
In preparation for the trip, we will be sending out help items
such as this one to get everyone ready for the conference:
Transportation
1.
Rent a car. To help you with this, we have contracted with
Budget Rent A Car and the NAFA rates and contact information is
included for your use. Also, all of the other car
rental companies are there including Enterprise which has a
rental office on site at the Sheraton Maui Resort. The
Resort also has a complimentary shuttle service on site to take
members to nearby attractions.
2. Mai Taxi Service (PH: 808-276-4411).
Taxi from the airport is $85.00 and can hold up to 6 people and
luggage. If you are part of a group or want to arrange to
rendezvous with someone at the Maui airport, you can share the
taxi and fee in to the Sheraton.
Book Your Flight
It is not too early to be looking to book a
flight to Maui. You can fly into Oahu and then fly to Maui
or several lines fly direct to Maui - Kahului, HI (OGG) -
United has a flight from Chicago to Maui – 8 hours, so pack
lots of carry-on food, a good book and some comfortable clothes
for the trip.
